Towers around Bang Chak and Punnawithi: windows that face the next building
Condos built close together around the stations often have units whose windows face another tower not far away. In daytime that hardly matters, because it is brighter outside than in, so it is hard to see in. Once the lights go on in the evening the situation flips, and people in the building opposite can clearly see figures moving behind a sheer. These rooms suit two layers: a sheer inside for the day and an opaque curtain outside for the night. A motorized track can run the two layers separately, so you close just the opaque one from a remote or the phone app instead of walking round pulling each panel.
