How it works

From first message to finished install

Exactly how we work — nothing hidden.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Where it goes, rough window sizes, and which fabric type interests you. Not sure yet? Just ask.

  2. 2

    On-site measure

The measure costs 500-1,000 THB in Bangkok and the metro area, and is credited back in full when you order. Allow 2-3 hours — we bring fabric samples with us.

  3. 3

    Quote within one day

It lists your details, the curtain style, the exact fabric code you picked and every measurement. The price holds for 7 days.

  4. 4

    Confirm and pay a deposit

Bank transfer, cash or PromptPay. The deposit depends on the job — 50% or full payment. Once paid it cannot be cancelled, because the fabric is cut to your windows.

  5. 5

Made and fitted in 7-14 days

From the day you confirm, depending on how many units. About 20 minutes per unit to fit. Weekends at no extra charge (after 17:30 costs extra).

  6. 6

    Fitted, cleaned up, handed over

We clear the offcuts and show you how everything works before we leave. You do need to be home during installation.

FAQ

Questions customers actually ask

Tap a question to see the answer.

What happens in a power cut?

It doesn't get stuck — you can pull it by hand, though it feels a little stiffer than a manual blind.

Is the motor noisy in a bedroom?

Quieter than an electric fan.

My home is already finished — can I still fit motorized blinds?

Yes, nothing needs to be knocked out. You do need a power socket near the headrail — if there isn't one, an electrician must add it first (we don't do wiring), or you can choose a battery motor instead.

Is there a motor that needs no wiring?

Yes — a rechargeable battery motor. About 2 hours to charge, and it runs 4-6 months per charge.

How do I operate it?

Remote control, a phone app, or a wall switch. The app is Tuya, and no separate hub box is needed. Some brands include one remote.

Can one remote run several blinds at once?

Yes — one remote can drive several blinds together, so a whole-house install doesn't mean a handful of remotes.

Is the fabric itself under warranty?

The fabric itself isn't covered. What is covered: the motor for 6 years, the installation for 1 year, and wooden blind slats for 1 year.

Can you issue a tax invoice?

Yes — we're VAT registered. Every price shown on this site excludes VAT.

Can I come in and see the fabric samples?

Yes, you're welcome to walk in. We're in Bang Kruai, Nonthaburi, open 10:00-17:30 — the full address is at the bottom of this page. If coming over isn't convenient, we bring the samples to you at the measure anyway.

Which motor brands do you use, and how long do they last?

Somfy, Novo, Kacee and Uni. They typically last 5-10 years, and we warrant the motor for 6 years.

What does the site measure cost?

500-1,000 THB in Bangkok and the metro area, credited back in full when you order. Outside that it starts at 3,500 THB depending on distance and is not credited back.

What should be ready before you measure?

The room needs to be fully finished — the measurements have to be the final ones.

How long from order to installation?

7-14 days, depending on how many units.

I live in a condo — anything special?

Just let the building management know in advance that a fitter is coming.

What if a measurement is wrong?

If the error is ours, we fix it at our cost.

Can I change fabric colour after ordering?

Before cutting, talk to us. Once it's made there's an extra charge, because the fabric was cut to your windows.

Do you take cleaning or repair jobs?

We don't take cleaning or repair work — not on curtains bought here, and not on curtains bought elsewhere. If it's something covered by the warranty (motor 6 years, installation 1 year, wooden blind slats 1 year), message us as usual.

My place is down a narrow lane a vehicle can't reach — is there a travel surcharge?

No surcharge. Inside Bangkok and the metro area you pay the normal site-visit fee and nothing more — a lane too narrow for a vehicle doesn't add anything.

Do you work outside Bangkok?

Sometimes, depending on distance. The site visit starts at 3,500 THB — message us to discuss.
